Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your NutrAI account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you currently have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open NutrAI and go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes:

• Your profile and authentication record
• Your meal logs, meal photos, and nutrition history
• Your diet plan history

Note: your subscription itself is managed by Apple/Google and must be cancelled separately through your App Store/Play Store account settings.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at troylee.it@gmail.com from your registered email address and request account deletion. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
